Note: I wrote this back in August, but with Obama’s re-election it bares revisiting, as this is what our future holds.
I watched “The Hunger Games” over the weekend and was struck by the similarities between the districts in the film and that of the concentration camps during Hitler’s regime. Just as Hitler maintained concentration camps throughout the territories it controlled, there are twelve districts in Panem maintained, each unique to the natural resources produced in that district. In district twelve, it was Coal.
What struck me the most in the film was the actual game itself, the “Hunger Games.” I watched as all the young people were marched out in their Sunday Best, and their fingers pricked for a blood sample, which would identify who they are; their names then placed into a large glass bowl to be drawn from. Each year, the districts of Panem are forced by the Capitol to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the Hunger Games. Only the winner survives. Is this a modern-day Auschwitz I thought to myself? Instead of marching everyone off to the gas chambers, will the government instead pit us against one another in a sick demented game of cat and mouse; aired live on t.v. as the quintessential reality show?
Then my mind wandered to Agenda 21, which seems a much more plausible possibility, where the ultimate goal is to move people from rural areas into more densely populated areas, thus reducing the so-called “carbon footprint,” from mother earth. In keeping with that reduction of the “carbon footprint,” it will also be necessary to reduce the enormous impact humans are having on the planet. What better way to begin that culling process?
For those of you unfamiliar with Agenda 21 allow me a moment to bring you up to speed. Agenda 21 is described in the “UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs; Division for Sustainable Development,” as follows:
Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment. Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests were adopted by more the 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janerio, Brazil, 3 to 14 June 1992. http://www.un.org/esa/dsd/agenda21/
What does this mean to you and I you ask. It means that land use and resource policies will be implemented to reduce our “carbon footprint,” on the earth. It is explained in the aforementioned document in this way:
4. Terrestrial and marine resource development and land use
BASIS FOR ACTION
9.19. Land-use and resource policies will both affect and be affected by changes in the atmosphere. Certain practices related to terrestrial and marine resources and land use can decrease greenhouse gas sinks and increase atmospheric emissions. The loss of biological diversity may reduce the resilience of ecosystems to climatic variations and air pollution damage. Atmospheric changes can have important impacts on forests, biodiversity, and freshwater and marine ecosystems, as well as on economic activities, such as agriculture. Policy objectives in different sectors may often diverge and will need to be handled in an integrated manner. So the planet is in danger from the “carbon footprints,” we human’s leave and as such it is important to curtail this pollution. The document goes on to describe the objectives of this program, which includes “the reduction of atmospheric pollution and/or the limitation of anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases; to conserve, sustainable management and enhancement, where appropriate of all sinks for greenhouse gases; the conservation and sustainable use of natural and environmental resources.”
Basically Agenda 21 wants to “ensure that actual and potential atmospheric changes as well as their socio-economic and ecological impacts are fully taken into account in planning and implementing policies and programs concerning terrestrial and marine resources utilization and land-use practices.” http://www.un.org/esa/dsd/agenda21/res_agenda21_09.shtml
How lovely! And although within the document it states that this should be done in consultation with communities, many of these meetings are done behind closed doors, and then subsequently policies enacted with or without the approval of the communities being affected. I would encourage you to read the Agenda 21 document and become familiar with its contents, as it will be coming to a city or neighborhood near you soon, if it has not already! I have provided the link above. How is this being implemented? The video link below explains this in detail. It is lengthy but has a plethora of information and I would highly recommend taking the time to watch the video. It is important to understand that Agenda 21 is not a right or left, Democrat or Republican issue it will affect each and every one of us! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEHWsdimVO4
ICLEI Local Governments for Sustainability USA is the vehicle or arm in which Agenda 21 will be implemented within the United States. What does ICLEI (pronounced ICK-LY) stand for? International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives. It was created as a non-governmental offshoot, by the United Nations in 1990 as a way to implement Agenda 21 locally across the world. It is headquartered in Bonn, Germany, and it is a lobbying and policy group that is designed to influence and change local governmental policies related to all aspects of human life. This is a plan for global governance! In a flyer which can be found on http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com/, it states the following:
“Using ICLEI green house gas emissions goals, your local government is in the process of controlling where and how you live, what you eat, what your children learn, and what laws you will live under. With the cover of ‘environmental concern’ your personal rights are being restricted. Soon you will lose the right to travel freely without being asked for your ID. Lose the right to water your garden. Lose the right to refuse a Smart Meter. Lose the right to live in a rural area. Lose the right to drive a private vehicle. Under the guise of ‘Sustainable Development’ your property and civil rights are being systematically eliminated.” http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com/uploads/4/4/6/6/4466371/iclei.flyer.new.city.pdf
Again I would encourage you to do the research, read and become familiar with the information in the links I have provided. Agenda 21 is predicated on the overreaching political and social theory called communitarianism, which is defined as; a communal system based on cooperative groups that practice some of the principles of communism. Basically the individuals rights, are subsumed, or come below the rights of the community, whatever is for the greater good, or the total good of the community, comes above and beyond the rights of the individual. Which in turn means that every individual is at odds with the community. You are a threat to the community, just by exerting and expressing your individual rights.
Now, because your too stupid, and cannot possibly take care of yourself, they have even come up with a way to make you healthier called the “Blue Zones Project.” How special! This project will help us to be the best we can be and live into our 90’s and they have developed a 9 prong plan to help you achieve that goal called, “Blue Zones Project.” There is a chart on the link provided below that show’s you how you can achieve these 9 goals to be at your optimal!
At the bottom of this chart, you are told to go to a faith-based group (specifically one that preaches Sustainable Development) and change your group of friends if they don’t agree with Sustainable Development (SD). In the blue level you’re advised to drink two glasses of wine a night and in the green level you’re told to meditate and think pleasant thoughts; how wonderful! So as you can see your every need will be taken care of, and if you follow the 9 prong plan you will live well into your 90’s that is if Obamacare doesn’t kill you first. I mean let’s face it; we already know that if you contract cancer in your 70’s your toast! http://www.bluezonesproject.com/blog/2011/08/04/power-9/
On the website of Democrats against UN Agenda 21, is a photograph of the Under-performing Regions. Or could this be One World Order speak for future wilderness or should I say re-wilderness? As they move humans into Smart Growth inner cities into High-rise living quarters, much like that found in China. http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com/one-world-one-vision-2050.html
There is another photo that shows the Trans-American Passenger Network, where and how we can all travel together! No more owning that gas guzzling car, or even owning the new greener models! Nope, not in the “One World One Vision,” America! Gotta keep those “carbon footprints,” to a bare minimum so we can save mother earth from destruction! http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com/one-world-one-vision-2050.html
This rabbit hole goes so deep, that I have only scratched the surface of what is involved in Agenda 21. But know this, it is real, and it is being implemented across the United States as I type. If you continue to bury your head in the sand, or press the ignore button, one day you will wake up in an ICLEI Smart Growth city, where you will lose your right to water your garden, where and how you will live, what you can and cannot eat, what your children will learn, your ability to travel freely without providing an ID, your right to live in a rural area, your right to drive a private vehicle, all under the guise of Sustainable Development! So get busy, do your homework, and please pass this information onto everyone you know! We must shine a very bright light on this, and we MUST get involved! Henry David Thoreau stated in Civil Disobedience, “That government is best which governs the least…” and Thomas Jefferson reminds us, “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.”
