Searches and arrest warrants

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

 Posted as a reminder to the Government who has forgotten their place!

    How insane it is to see a need to remind a lawyer or political leader about what is any part of the Constitution! ?? ha AND how SICK & SAD that so many Americans enjoy freedoms without comprehending how the Constitution is what provided the way of life they have come to enjoy and NOT REALLY APPRECIATE enough to defend it! Just sayin’

    4th AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION | Journal of a Conservative G-Ma.
    I do have 2 questions for you if you don’t mind. Is it just me or does it give the impression like a few of these remarks look like they are coming from brain dead visitors? 😛 And, if you are posting at additional social sites, I would like to keep up with you. Could you list of every one of your social community sites like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?
